We designed a thorough refurbishment of a small flat in a listed building for a writer. The beautiful arched windows and the sheer height of the apartment immediately charmed us. We used the simplest means and perhaps the only luxury is the ornamented glass screens. There is a series of stepping cupboards under the stairs.
